大選前，Obama 推出 "Yes We Can" 的選舉 MV，使用他在選舉演講時的演講內容，編成 MV 透過網路傳播。

考駕照塞錢被拒 不構成行賄罪

台北縣五十一歲陳姓男子報考大貨車駕照時，拿兩千元給監考官「喝涼水」被拒，被依行賄罪送辦。士林地檢署認為，他請監考人員「幫忙一下」，並未指明或要求監考人員從事違背職務行為，不構成行賄罪，不起訴處分。
陳姓男子年逾半百報考大貨車駕照，路考有十個關卡，他在第一關「倒車入庫」就開上安全島被刷掉，而且還吃上官司，嚇得他案發迄今四個月，仍沒勇氣再度報考。
據查，陳姓男子今年七月一日向台北市監理處北區分處報考普通大貨車駕駛執照，當天上午十一時參加路考時，在車上掏出兩千元，企圖行賄翁姓監考人員，翁要他收起來，等他考完試後，向監理處政風室報告。
陳姓男子否認行賄，強調拿兩千元給監考官「喝涼水」，是希望考照時，監考官能適時指點開車技巧，並非要監考官一定讓他通過。他強調，監考官不收，他就將錢收起來，並依規考試，但第一關沒過，就下車離去。
檢方傳訊翁姓監考官查證，翁證實陳姓男子將錢放在駕駛座與副駕駛座間，以「請幫忙一下」懇求他，他說不行，並請陳將錢收好後，他就下車監考。陳姓男子並沒要求掩護過關，他認為「幫忙一下」是客套話。
檢方認為，刑法對公務員行賄罪僅處罰「違背職務行求賄賂的行為」，不處罰不違背職務的行賄行為，陳姓男子既未要求公務員從事違背職務的行為，就不涉行賄罪。
